The Pathfinder Project offers support to young people from areas including, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Wigan.

How to sign up:

Refer yourself for help by filling in this form. The form will ask you about who you are and what your situation is. After you have filled it in, an akt caseworker will get back to you.
