Hello wonderful young people 🌼 another week has tested our queer, trans, non-binary, black and people of colour communities, so we've hand-picked some reminders for you this weekend. Which of these do you need to hear today? 💖 . . 1. 'Self care is not selfish' written in yellow letters on a green background 2. 'There's always space for you' written in white on a backdrop of a galaxy in space 3. 'It's okay to be vulnerable' written above a field of cacti with pink and yellow flowers 4. 'Emotions are fleeting, you will not feel this way forever' written in a speech bubble coming out of the beak of a lovely flamingo . . We love these mental health affirming and honest drawings by @crazyheadcomics 🌟 . . #selfcare #mentalhealth #vulnerability #emotions #QTIBPOC #LGBTQ #youth
