While many of us take to the streets to celebrate Pride, thousands of LGBTQ+ young people have nowhere safe to go. Rejected by their families simply for being who they are, they’re facing homelessness, often alone and scared.

At akt, we’re here to change that. As the UK’s national charity for LGBTQ+ youth homelessness, we support young people in crisis, providing emergency accommodation, access to food and supplies, and dedicated caseworker support.
