A host of stars join the AKT Gala Dinner 2017

Television celebrity Gok Wan will be taking on hosting duties at this year’s AKT Gala Dinner, taking place on 17th October in the luxurious surroundings of Cafe de Paris in London. He'll be joined by pop stars Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Dan Gillespie-Sells (The Feeling) for a night of entertainment and fundraising.

This annual fundraising event is a huge event for AKT, and every year raises tens of thousands of pounds towards our vital work supporting vulnerable young LGBT homeless people. As well as special guests, the evening will see a Charity Auction where guests can bid for once-in-a-lifetime experiences and items

Gok Wan, this year’s celebrity host told us, “The Albert Kennedy Trust is an incredible charity that does such important work protecting and supporting young LGBT homeless people. I’m honoured they’ve asked me to host their annual fundraising Gala Dinner in London on 19th October.  This is an amazing opportunity to directly support The Albert Kennedy Trust. It promises to be a night to remember. I’ll be making sure everyone digs deep and raises a record amouvznt of money to help young LGBT people who so desperately need our support.”

AKT’s Gala Dinner is supported by AIG, The Walt Disney Company and Core Recruitment.

Tickets are on sale now and range from £250 - £350. Full table bookings are also available. To find out more, or to book your tickets, click here.
